HADDENN CONSTRUCTION

Based in Carlsbad, California, Haddenn Construction is a small custom homebuilder with construction projects throughout San Diego County. The company was formed by Terry V. Johnson and his wife Maria Johnson over 6 years ago. Terry holds an MBA from Pepperdine University and Maria hold a doctorate of jurist prudence from Whittier Law School and is a practicing attorney. Together they head Haddenn Construction and have been in business since 1998. 

Originally based in Los Angeles, Maria and Terry saw the fast paced growth of the San Diego home market and relocated to Carlsbad in 2001. Since moving to San Diego the company has firmly based its business in the greater San Diego area. With most of its business in custom homes the company has a commercial construction division, a residential remodel division as well as a consulting division that specializes in project management. 

Haddenn construction prides itself on its vision for architectural details and the ability to take a concept to fruition. The company motto is “Building Excellence” and it is that very concept that the company strives to achieve one step at a time.
