SAN DIEGO, Ca. – Terry V. Johnson, a San Diego County real estate developer and owner of Haddenn Development, is currently in development of a Mixed used project in downtown Encinitas which will include 10 residential units and 4 commercial/retail spaces. Haddenn is also currently under construction of three exclusive custom estates in Carlsbad, Poway and Encinitas.  Johnson’s firm has also recently been selected to design and build custom homes in the Santa Luz area of San Diego’s North County.

Since 1998, Johnson has specialized in building custom, tour de force, and masterpiece homes throughout Southern California.  He brings more than a decade of close relationships with nationally renowned design architects and a long track record of cost controlling and deadline meeting business acumen to each of his highly celebrated homes of distinction.   

Johnson, who takes great pride in uniting yesterday’s craftsmanship with tomorrow’s technology in order to exceed today’s client’s expectations, holds an MBA from Pepperdine University and a BA from Morehouse College, in addition to many years of corporate sales and entrepreneurial business experience.
