Our project management systems enhance our clients comfort and understand of the building process. Client decisions are clearly laid out in a timeline so that both parties can make appropriate and timely decisions about building materials and personal choices. The first step to understanding our client’s vision of their home is to conduct a pre-construction meeting. Once we have a feel for our client’s likes and dislikes, we can work with the architect to specify the interior and exterior details of the home. Our goal is to put as much detail into the plans as possible because we know from experience that when things are left to interpretation, they can be misinterpreted. We will, however, because of our experience and knowledge, expose our clients to many innovative options so that they can make an educated decision about their home. We have extensive contacts with the best subcontractors and suppliers in the area. 

Once we have finalized a building plan and provided our client with an estimated budget, our staff will begin to bid the job to our preferred list of subcontractors. We take pride in our efforts to save our clients money on each and every aspect of the building process. Although we build a home for a set fee, we are conscious of the client’s building cost, and take an extra step by bidding competitively on each subcontractor’s services, guaranteeing both competitive pricing and superior craftsmanship. 

Upon client approval of the selected subcontractors, we begin setting a building schedule to map out the phases of construction. Our clients are given a schedule so that they can follow along with the building process as well the various deadlines for decisions. All subcontractors are given a schedule so that they can allocate staffing at the time their services are needed.
